Summary of Main Duties:

  • Provide secretarial support utilizing a PC for both Arabic/English confidential CCO correspondences such as letters, reports, internally/externally.
  • Receive and send official letters.
  • Work as a focal point between the CCO and the company.
  • Arrange Co. Day to day work.
  • Prepare Co. Meeting Minutes when needed.
  • Handel mails within the same Division and receive calls and appointments.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system in a modernized method.
  • Keep updated records in regards with the Division staff such as copies of appraisal/assessments, leave
  • Prepare & formulate matrixes regarding Commercial division works.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Admiration (preverbally 80% and above), preferably with executive Secretary and Translation experience.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic languages, spoken and written and typing skills.
  • Good knowledge in using PC and associated software packages like MS Office.
