This role encompasses proactive monitoring of network and system infrastructure, incident and problem resolution, and providing first-level customer support. The NOC Engineer serves as the first point of contact for technical issues, handling service requests, escalating complex problems, and coordinating with internal teams such as DevOps and Security. The role also involves maintaining detailed documentation, supporting compliance efforts, and contributing to customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #00b0f0;\"><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Network &amp; System Monitoring:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor cloud infrastructure, network, and servers for performance, uptime, and security.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Use monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues proactively.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Respond to alerts, investigate incidents, and escalate problems as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Incident &amp; Problem Resolution:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Diagnose and resolve network, server, and service-related issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Document all customer feedback in CRM system, with accurate written feedback arranged in different categories, incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinate with internal teams (DevOps, Security, Infrastructure) for complex issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Customer Support &amp; Assistance:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely manner as a first focal point, and escalate when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist clients with account setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide guidance on the company services, VPS\/VDC management, email hosting, web hosting and other offerings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Technical Troubleshooting (Company Services and Customers):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Identify and resolve performance issues in virtual machines, storage, and cloud environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Investigate and troubleshoot connectivity problems, networking, DNS issues, and email configurations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in servers\/platform maintenance, updates, and patch management.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Service Requests &amp; Account Management:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Handle customer requests such as problems, upgrades, migrations, and configurations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist with billing-related queries and service activations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work with security teams to ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and industry standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain detailed logs of incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare reports on system performance, downtime, and customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs for self-service support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #00b0f0;\"><strong>Required Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong understanding of networking (TCP\/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience with Linux and Windows server administration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), webhosting, cPanel, Plesk, ACI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Knowledge of cloud platforms (vCloud Director), NSX-T, Fortigate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, VMware Aria Products, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Customer Support Skills:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp;
