Where that company always relies on the recruitment of those with excellent educational qualifications and reputable people, and also to provide exceptional job opportunities.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Division: <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Technical<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Department:<\/span> Platform Management Center<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Age Limitation:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>Up to 32 Years Old<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Place: <\/strong><\/span><strong>Sana&#8217;a Governate<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>End Date: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>25 January 2025<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Primary Objectives:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To Monitor all capacity links, power devices and all system in PMC.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To follow up for the faults cases and raising reports accordingly.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Summary of Main Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>\n<h5>I<span style=\"color: #000000;\">nsure of all alarms systems and devices are working properly in the PMC (duty routine).<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carry out watch keeping on duties.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Process all the alarms, and fault reports to perform corrective maintenance actions on the technical systems and services within the given operations rights and authorities.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Receive and process all the technical complaints (trouble tickets) and requests from the technical systems&#8217; customers and partners within the given operations rights and authorities.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Performing the performance of all switching KPI\u2019s such as ASR, ACD, NER and so on.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carrying out the First Line Maintenance as required.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check and acknowledge all the alarms in the technical management system and add the maintenance&#8217;s tips per alarm as necessary.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Escalate the faults, alarms, and the technical complaints or requests, that need 2nd level maintenance actions to the concerned department as mentioned in the company policies and procedures. (SLA)<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">start and follow up trouble tickets with the distant parties (National or International) for any technical problem appears in the Switching systems or received from the Switching engineers.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Report all the events in the Switching systems with the actions taken to restore faults, or any incidents as mentioned in the SLA.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preform the routine and preventive maintenance on the technical systems.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Report the information of the CDR generation process to the concerned departments as mentioned in the company policies and procedures.
