Where that company always relies on the recruitment of those with excellent educational qualifications and reputable people, and also to provide exceptional job opportunities.<\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Division: <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Management <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Department:<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quality Assurance<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Age Limitation:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>Up to 32 Years Old<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Place: <\/strong><\/span><strong>Sana&#8217;a Governate<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>End Date: <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>25 January 2025<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Primary Objectives:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that adequate and effective processes for technical\/non-technical, procedures, and policies for the Quality Management System (QMS) are developed, implemented and documented, in the relevant operations.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Improve processes and their outputs through performing periodically on-site audits, report findings, following-up action plans and addressing progress for technical and non-technical departments (help managing QMS).<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Summary of Main Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review \u2013 at least once a year or shorter if required- existing documents of the Quality Management System (QMS) within certain areas, update and ensure validation as required.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perform internal quality audits at least once a year, report findings, agree action plans with concerned, validate and follow-up progress to ensure closure of non-conformities or relevant issues on timely manner.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accompany ISO External Auditor during his audit visit, prepare findings report and actions follow for related departments.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and analyze company functions KPIs &#8211; monthly, quarterly, mid-year and annually, and provide statistical reports requested by outside bodies.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review processes\u2019 objectives and outputs (KPIs) for areas under control, follow-up processes owners on data reported for KPIs on monthly basis to ensure the effective and efficient processes.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Investigate identified or reported problems by concerned or management, address with the concerned the root causes of problems, impacts, and recommend corrective actions, record and follow-up until closure of issue.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure customer complaints are reported, recorded, traced through the quality procedures and tools (e.g. Intranet\/Shabaka), followed-up and closed with corrective actions, and report monthly the statistics of complaints status per their categories or as advised by Manager Quality Assurance.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Help manage the SharePoint\/M-File with the new procedures and documents and records along with other departments\/coworkers in the Quality Assurance Dept.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in designing the relevant forms, documents, newsletter based on the approved identity.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do any other duties required by the QMA to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS such as documentation of contracts, recordists.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong>Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology (preverbally 80% and above).<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience in QMS and its audit which is a plus.<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Certificate or experience in Telecommunications is preferred<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Having ITIL, ISO 27001 experience is preferred<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fluent in both Arabic and English languages (verbal &amp; written).<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000000;\">V.
