related field (or equivalent experience).<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Proven experience in server installation, maintenance, and administration, as well as networking support.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and networking protocols (TCP\/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Better understanding of docker and Kubernetes is required.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Proficiency in network hardware configuration and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h5>Relevant certifications in server and networking domains (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a
